These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pukidevices.co.uk and your purchase of products from PUKI Devices (trading as Sindoor Ltd, Company Registration: 16442521).

1. About Us

PUKI Devices is a UK-based refurbished iPhone retailer. Registered address: 137 St Johns Road, Wembley, HA9 7JP. Email: info@pukidevices.co.uk.

2. Products

All products are pre-owned and refurbished unless stated otherwise. Condition grades (A, B, C) are described on each product listing. We make every effort to accurately describe each device including battery health, cosmetic condition, and functionality.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have a 30-day right to return any product for a full refund. See our full Returns Policy for details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Warranty

Products are sold with a 30-day warranty covering hardware faults. This does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or software issues. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
