14-Day Return Window

Every purchase on PUKI Devices is covered by a 14-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered.
Your return request must be raised within this 14-day window — email us before it closes to stay eligible.
This window applies marketplace-wide, on top of any additional terms a seller may offer on their listing.

You can return a device if it arrives faulty, significantly different from its listing, or not the item you ordered.
To be eligible for a refund, the device must be sent back in the same condition it was received in, with all original accessories included.
Devices that are damaged, reset, or altered after delivery in a way not caused by the original fault may not qualify for a full refund.
Simply changed your mind? Contact us — we'll do our best to help, though acceptance is at PUKI's discretion outside of a genuine fault or mis-description.

Email info@pukidevices.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We'll confirm your return is eligible and send back return instructions, including where to send the device.

Post the device back in its original condition — we recommend using tracked postage, as PUKI isn't responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
