Pick the category and the rest of the form changes to match it. Phones ask for battery health, laptops ask for RAM and storage, parts ask for the fault. Nothing irrelevant, nothing missed.
You get paid without chasing
PUKI holds the buyer's money. Dispatch within 14 days with tracking, and payment releases when they confirm the device is right — or on its own if they go quiet.
Shop or spare room, both work
Private sellers list one device at a time. Business accounts get SKUs, stock counts, combined postage and bulk listing. Same account either way.
Free to list. You will need a bank account verified with Stripe before your first listing goes live.
Your money is held while you check the device
PUKI holds the payment for the whole journey — released to the seller when you confirm, or automatically if the protection period passes with no problem reported
You pay PUKI, not the seller
The seller has 14 days to dispatch. If they don't, you're refunded in full, automatically.
Three days to check it over
We email you five days after dispatch. Report a problem in that window and the order comes to us, not the seller.
You release the payment
Confirm receipt and the seller is paid straight away. Say nothing and it releases on its own once the protection period has passed and our checks are clear.
