How to Sell on PUKI

No listing fees — PUKI takes a commission only when your item actually sells. Here's the process from start to finish.

1. Create an account

Sign up and choose Private Seller or Business Seller. This is not just a label. A business seller lists with stock levels and SKUs, carries the 14-day right to cancel that UK law gives their buyers, and is shown to buyers as a business. Choose the one that is true of you — see both plans.

2. List your device

Add your device's details — model, storage, condition and grade, photos and price. You write the condition and grade yourself: they are a statement about your device, and only you can make it. For the title and description you can write them yourself or ask PUKI to draft one from what you entered, then edit it before you publish.

3. It goes live straight away

Your listing publishes as soon as you finish it. Nobody at PUKI reads it first, so the grade, the description and the photos are yours to get right — a buyer is deciding on them.

PUKI can remove a listing at any time if it breaks the rules. Listing a device you do not own outright, or one that is blocked, locked or reported lost or stolen, can close your account.

4. Ship and get paid

When an order comes in, payment is taken and held securely. Package the item and dispatch it promptly. Your payout is released when the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically about eleven days after dispatch if no problem is reported.

Contact PUKI with any questions about commission or the process before you list.
