Returns & Disputes
PUKI does not add a returns policy of its own. What you can do depends on who you bought from: a business seller must take a cancellation within 14 days, a private seller does not have to take one at all. Either way, if there is a problem with the device, report it within your three-day window. Confirming you've received it ends protection straight away, and a dispute can no longer be opened after that.
The short version
- Item hasn’t arrived — contact us within your three-day window, and don’t confirm receipt.
- Problem with the item — contact us within your three-day window.
- Changed your mind, buying from a business seller — you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and get your money back. You pay the return postage unless the device is faulty or not as described.
- Changed your mind, buying from a private seller — not covered. A private sale carries no right to cancel, and PUKI does not add one.
Which applies to a particular device is shown on its own listing, under Delivery & Returns. It follows from who is selling, so neither PUKI nor the seller chooses it.
