Every order protected — your payment is held by PUKI while you check the device.

Shipping Info

Here's how shipping works on PUKI today.

How it works

  1. Once your payment is confirmed, the seller is asked to send your item.
  2. The seller is responsible for packaging the item and handing it to the courier promptly.
  3. To confirm dispatch, the seller gives the carrier and tracking number, and your order page shows them so you can follow the parcel with the carrier. PUKI doesn't track the parcel itself, and a confirmed dispatch is not confirmation of delivery.

Shipping cost

Where a listing charges a shipping fee, it's shown separately on the listing and in your order breakdown before you pay — never added silently at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives significantly different from the listing, see PUKI Buyer Protection for what's covered and how to raise it.
