30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your device within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@pukidevices.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the device securely and drop it off at the courier
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Return Conditions

  • Device must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Devices showing signs of damage caused by the buyer may be subject to a deduction

Warranty

Every device sold by PUKI Devices comes with a 30-day warranty covering hardware faults and defects present at the time of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Hardware faults or defects not disclosed at the time of sale
  • Battery issues (if battery health drops below the guaranteed level)
  • Screen defects (dead pixels, touch issues)
  • Connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental damage (cracked screens, water damage)
  • Software issues caused by the user
  • Normal wear and tear after purchase
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned device. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
