Seller Shipping Guide

Once your iPhone sells, here's exactly what to do to get it shipped correctly and get paid on time.

Step 1 — Pack the device

  • Use a padded box or bubble wrap envelope
  • Wrap the phone in bubble wrap (at least 2 layers)
  • Include a printed copy of the order confirmation
  • Do NOT include chargers, cables, or accessories unless listed

Step 2 — Ship within 2 business days

You must dispatch within 2 business days of the order being placed. Delays may affect your seller rating.

Recommended UK carriers:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — most affordable for phones under £200
  • Evri (Hermes) — good value, drop-off convenient
  • DPD or Parcelforce — recommended for phones over £200

Step 3 — Add tracking to your order

After shipping, log into your seller dashboard at sellers.pukidevices.co.uk and add the tracking number to the order. This triggers the buyer notification automatically.

Step 4 — Get paid

Once the order is delivered and the 30-day buyer protection window expires, your earnings are released and paid to your Stripe account every Monday.

Packaging tips

  • Keep proof of postage until payment is confirmed
  • Always use tracked shipping — untracked shipments are not covered
  • Photograph the packaged device before sealing
