PUKI Seller Guidelines

By selling on PUKI Devices, you agree to follow these guidelines. They exist to protect buyers, sellers, and the reputation of the marketplace.

What you can sell

• iPhone X, XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 series
• All storage capacities
• All original colours
• Grade A (excellent) or Grade B (good) condition only
• Unlocked devices only (not network locked)

What you cannot sell

• Stolen, blacklisted, or iCloud-locked devices
• Devices with undisclosed damage or faults
• Network-locked iPhones
• Counterfeit or non-genuine Apple devices
• Devices with IMEI that fails CheckMEND verification

Listing standards

• All photos must be real photos of the actual device
• Grade must accurately reflect the device condition
• IMEI must be provided before listing goes live
• Description must disclose any cosmetic marks or defects

Order fulfilment

• Ship within 2 business days of order
• Use tracked shipping only
• Add tracking number to seller dashboard after dispatch

Consequences of violations

Sellers who misrepresent devices, fail to ship, or receive consistent negative feedback will be:

• Warned on first offence
• Suspended on second offence
• Permanently removed on third offence
