About Our iPhones
Are the iPhones genuinely unlocked?
Yes — every iPhone we sell is fully unlocked and works on all UK networks including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, and all virtual networks. We verify this before dispatch.
What does IMEI verified mean?
Before we sell any device, we check its IMEI number against stolen and blacklisted device databases. This means you can be confident the phone has a clean history and will not be blocked by networks.
What condition are the phones in?
All our standard listings are Grade A — excellent condition with minimal to no visible wear. The battery is guaranteed at 85% health or above. We also sell Grade B (good condition, light scratches) and Grade C (fair condition, visible wear) at reduced prices.
What is battery health?
Battery health is a percentage showing how much capacity the battery retains compared to when it was new. We guarantee 85%+ on Grade A devices.
